Consulting Solutions Group (CSG) Pty Ltd has acquired a major stake in the multi-discipline engineering business MDC Global Pty Ltd. The move comes in light of CSG’s recent strategic growth plan that has been set to reposition itself in the market.
The acquisition will see both companies move towards capturing additional market share within Australia to support their growth with future plans to establish offices Australia-wide and further, internationally in the US and UK.
